CRQC Auction May 2023

CRQC is having a silent auction the club is having in place of our May meeting. So lets get to work and clean up / out our sewing rooms of unwanted items. We will have tables set up with numbers and names of what goes on that particular table. We are looking at Patterns, Kits, Fabric, Quilts, Notions, Thread, Books.. and we will have a miscellaneous table for things that don’t fit in above categories. If you are planning on bringing any larger items that won’t fit on a table please let me know. Please put things in bundles (ex: multiple notions, books, patterns, fabric etc). We will have numbered Bid sheets for you for which you will need to fill out prior to placing on auction table. You will tape or pin bid sheets to your items. You must put a starting bid on the sheet and then the dollar amount increments. There will be NO coin increments.

You may enter church at 5 pm and start the process. Auction will start at 6 pm and will close at 7 pm. There will be someone calling out when a particular table has closed and it will be in 5-minute increments starting at 7 pm. Once a table has closed you may pick up the items you have obtained with the highest bid. Please wait for all tables to close and bring all of your bid sheets to the Payment table. You may pay with cash or check. Please bring different bill denominations. We will have some bills to make change.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE what does not sell you must take back home with you. There is no place for us to store anything.
