Our February speaker is Nina Clotfelter who will be presenting virtually her program “Threads – What’s the Big Deal?” This is a FUN lecture on all the things you didn’t know you needed to know about thread! As an educator for WonderFil Specialty Threads, Nina has learned a lot and she wants to share. In this lecture you’ll learn about the different weights of thread and why they make a difference; why ply is important; specialty threads like metallic, monofilament, tinsel threads, how to work with them and why metallics give us issues.
Please join us as this should be a great presentation. This will be a zoom meeting and an in-person meeting. All zoom information will be sent to you prior to the meeting. Meeting starts at 6:00 pm. If you are attending the meeting, please wear your name tag. This zoom meeting is being run by the presenter therefore the business portion of the meeting and show and tell will not be presented via zoom. Bring your show and tell.
