CRQC Meeting March 2023

Our presenter is Kathy J. Gaul.  At her Colorado-based company, Gaul designs, stitches, publishes, and markets a line of wool appliqué art patterns, now numbering more than 50. Her patterns, which often reflect a New England flavor, use the same felted wool fabric and embroidery stitches as those found in 19th-Century rugs. She focuses on stitching detail and dimensional manipulation of wool to create realism in her art. The company also produces a small line of rug-hooking canvases and punch-needle patterns from her designs.

Our meeting is on Tuesday March 7, 2023 at 6 pm at the New Hope Church.  The presentation will start at 6 pm.  Following our presentation there will be a short break and then the business part of the meeting.  Please wear your name tags.  Please bring your show and tell.
